Kitchen operations software built around how restaurants actually run service.
Drawing on my background in professional kitchens, I designed one connected workflow for purchasing, inventory, recipe costing, prep, stations, ordering, and counts.
Normalize invoice pack pricing to base units, so current purchasing costs can flow through recipes, dishes, and menus.

A workout tracker built to keep logging fast—even when the network is not.
Workouts, templates, history, and progress are saved locally first. Remote actions enter a sync queue, keeping the interface responsive and the core workflow available offline.
Use Dexie as the source of immediate interaction, with synchronization treated as background work rather than a blocker.

Before writing software, I spent years making complex, time-sensitive systems work in professional kitchens.
That experience shaped how I build: understand the real workflow, remove friction, make the next action obvious, and design for the conditions people actually work in.
After completing an intensive 36-week software development bootcamp, I brought that operational mindset into full-stack web and mobile development. I'm most interested in useful applications with clear data models, thoughtful interfaces, and reliable behavior.
